DEL RIO – Recently Conexion Del Rio Newspaper conducted an interview with Mrs. Anna Scheller, who came to Del Rio, Texas a few years ago. She said. “My plan was to retire from Laughlin, AFB in Del Rio then move to Alaska”, Anna Scheller and her family have now been in Del Rio about 20 years. She met her husband of 26 years while they were both in the military. Now they have 7 children ranging in ages 18 to 33.
After purchasing some property in Del Rio and becoming landlords they saw a need for furnished apartments. Having the apartments available, it was difficult for Anna to rent them out. She says “I didn’t understand marketing and sales as a service. I was afraid to talk to people” She thought she had to just force the people to buy from her. They were ready to close the apartments.
Looking to her faith as a Christian, she looked to God and said, “God you need to give me direction”. Within one week she met people that needed the service. That’s when the corporate housing business started. They have served locally as well as other cities throughout Texas. Having learned how to sell she then started coaching people on how to sell. Her faith grew deeper, she says “I don’t believe in coincidence, I believe everything is part of God’s Plan”
Five years ago, with her daughter she started a conference call helping people to learn about selling. They later created two pod-casts. The pod-casts have now turned into talk shows. These programs are designed to help businesses reach their ideal client and for everyone to benefit.
To new entrepreneurs Anna recommends they find someone they admire and learn from them. She says “If you go alone you go fast, but if you go with others you can go far”

DEL RIO - Recientemente, el periódico Conexion Del Rio hizo una entrevista a la Sra. Anna Scheller, quien llegó hace varios años a Del Rio, Texas. Ella dijo. "Estoy teniendo un plan para retirarme de Laughlin, AFB en Del Rio y luego mudarme a Alaska.” Anna Scheller y su familia han estado en Del Rio por unos 20 años". Ella conoció a su esposo de 26 años mientras ambos estaban en el ejército. Ahora tienen 7 hijos de 18 a 33 años.

Mirando a su fe como cristiana, miró a Dios y dijo: "Dios, tienes que orientarme". En 1 semana conoció a personas que necesitaban el servicio. Fue entonces cuando comenzó el negocio de la vivienda corporativa. Han servido a nivel local, así como a otras ciudades de Texas. Después de haber aprendido cómo vender, ella comenzó a entrenar a la gente sobre cómo vender. Su fe se profundizó, ella dice: "No creo en la coincidencia, creo que todo es parte del Plan de Dios".
Hace cinco años, mi hija y yo comenzamos una conferencia telefónica para ayudar a las personas a aprender sobre las ventas. Ahora tenemos dos pod-cast que se han convertido en programas de entrevistas. Estos programas están diseñados para ayudar a las empresas a alcanzar a su cliente ideal y para que todos se beneficien.
Al nuevo empresario, Anna recomienda que encuentren a alguien que admiren y aprendan de ellos. Ella dice: "Si vas solo, vas rápido, pero si vas con otros puedes llegar lejos".
